Local History 7.30pm Methodist Hall, new members and visitors welcome (annual sub £11.00, visitors £2.50)


Wed 29th March - "Finding Quakers in your Ancestry" talk by Peter Rate.

Wed 26th April   - “Chalk Mining in Kent” by Rod LeGear (There will be a fund raising raffle at this meeting)

Wed 31st May    - “Using Archives for Local History” by Nicola Waddington

Wed 28th June  - “William IV and Dora Jordon” by Sheila Boyd



Visitors and new members welcome

Annual subscriptions: Adults £11, Visitors £2.50

Students and minors free


Meetings take place in the Methodist Hall, 2 High Street and start at 7.30pm.

Annul membership fees are £11.00, visitors £2.50p, children and students free.
