There is a brand new class to assist people whose lives are impacted by a fear of falling. Headcorn Judo Club is one of the first in the country to teach techniques for how to avoid losing balance and how to fall safely. They will use specific techniques that are taught in judo which are adapted and applied to suit the audience and their needs. Everyone’s needs will be different but the pace will be slow to ensure progress is made.

The classes will be held at Headcorn Village Hall on Tuesday lunchtimes between 1-2pm on 9th July, 16th July, 30th July and 6th August. Thanks to sponsorship by Headcorn Parish Council these classes will be FREE.
